We can't recommend Carolina Duct Pro's enough. We have two Huskies that shed constantly and our new HVAC system had gotten so clogged up that I needed to change the filter every few weeks. Hayden cleaned the vents in a few hours and the service paid for itself after two electric bills, in addition to having significantly better air quality. Would highly recommend working with them for HVAC and duct work.

We booked with Carolina Duct Pros in August of 2023. Hayden was very prompt arriving at the appointed time. He introduced himself and confirmed my name. He wore booties when entering my home. Before he got started he asked if I had a preference on a room to start with so he didn’t disrupt any phone calls or anything. I only wanted to save 1 room for last because our cat was currently in that room and I knew she would be less than excited about the big noisy vacuum. I was able to move her to a different room when it was time. Hayden was very professional and considerate of my furniture and doorjambs taking care not to bump them with his hose or vacuum. He let me see the before and after pictures of our ductwork as he moved around the house. Big difference! We are clean people, but this house is 20 years old with vents in the floors and always a home with a cat or so. It was time. I would definitely recommend Carolina Duct Pros and hire them again if the need arises.

Hayden was referred to us by his brother in law who was giving us an estimate for a new hvac system. Hayden called, introduced himself, gave an estimate over the phone. Our home duct's had probably never been cleaned and the house is 35 years old. He arrived on time, put covers over his shoes, came in and got right to work. In the process of cleaning the ducts, he came across a few that needed repair. He fixed them and made them air tight at no extra charge. He's polite and professional. We couldn't be happier with our choice to have Carolina Duct Pros come out and take care of this overdue bit of home maintenance.
